1. Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha (Romantic Thriller)
“Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha” is a romantic thriller film directed and written by Neeraj Pandey. It will be released on 5 July 2024.
It stars Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Jimmy Sheirgill, Shantanu Maheshwari, and Saiee Manjrekar. M. M. Kreem composed the music. Shital Bhatia, Narendra Hirawat, Kumar Mangat Pathak, and Sangeeta Ahir produced the film, with Zee Studios handling distribution.
The story follows a couple, Krishna and Vasudha, whose love story spans 23 years, from 2000 to 2023. Krishna becomes involved in several murders and is sentenced to life in prison, leading to his separation from Vasudha, who marries Abhijeet. After 22 years, Krishna is released and wishes to see Vasudha one last time. The film delves into the emotional depth and changing dynamics of their relationship over the years.
2. Ulajh (Spy Thriller)
“Ulajh” is a film directed by Sudhanshu Saria. It was written by Parveez Shaikh and Sudhanshu Saria, with dialogues by Atika Chohan. It will be released on 5 July 2024.
The movie stars Janhvi Kapoor, Roshan Mathew, Gulshan Devaiah, Rajesh Tailang, and Adil Hussain. It is produced by Vineet Jain and distributed by PVR Inox Pictures.

The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival on 7 September 2023, where it was the first runner-up for the People’s Choice Award: Midnight Madness.
4. Sarfira (Drama Film)
“Sarfira,” directed by Sudha Kongara, will be released on 12 July 2024. The screenplay is by Sudha Kongara and Shalini Ushadevi, with dialogues by Pooja Tolani and the story by Sudha Kongara.
The film stars Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Radhika Madan and is produced by Aruna Bhatia, Vikram Malhotra, Jyothika, and Suriya. It is produced by Abundantia Entertainment, 2D Entertainment, and Cape of Good Films and distributed by Pen Marudhar Entertainment.
“Sarfira” is a remake of the Tamil movie “Soorarai Pottru” (2020) and is based on G. R. Gopinath’s memoir “Simply Fly: A Deccan Odyssey.” The story follows a man who aims to create affordable airlines for low-income people, facing many challenges and enemies along the way. The remake was officially announced in July 2021 as Project 1, marking 2D Entertainment’s debut in Hindi cinema.
5. Bad Newz (Romantic Comedy)
“Bad Newz” is a film directed by Anand Tiwari, set to release on 19 July 2024. Written by Tarun Dudeja and Ishita Moitra and produced by Karan Johar, the movie stars Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri, Ammy Virk, and Neha Dhupia. Filming wrapped up in July 2023, and fans eagerly await this upcoming Bollywood movie.
Although the plot details are still under wraps, “Bad Newz” is expected to tackle societal issues with humor and wit, focusing on pregnancy-related challenges. Originally titled “Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam,” the motion poster and official release date were revealed on March 18, 2024.
6. Tehran (Action Thriller Film)
“Tehran” is a geopolitical thriller film directed by Arun Gopalan and set to release on 26 July 2024. Written by Ritesh Shah and Ashish P. Verma and produced by Dinesh Vijan, the movie stars John Abraham, Manushi Chhillar, Neeru Bajwa, Madhurima Tuli, and Ido Samuel.
Based on true events, “Tehran” focuses on the Russo-Ukrainian war.
