Bollywood actress Yami Gautam and Aditya Dhar welcome a baby boy. Yami announced the news on Instagram on Monday. The couple shared that they have named their son Vedavid.

Yami and Aditya posted a picture of Lord Krishna holding a baby boy on their Instagram accounts to announce the news. Yami wrote a cute note alongside the picture to share their happiness with their fans.

Known for her role in “Article 370,” Yami Gautam married filmmaker Aditya Dhar in 2021.

Bollywood actress Yami Gautam and Aditya Dhar Welcome Baby Boy named Vedavid. The couple shared the happy news on Instagram on Monday morning with a picture of Lord Krishna holding a baby boy.

Many Bollywood celebrities, including Ayushmann Khurrana, Mrunal Thakur, and Neha Dhupia, congratulated the couple in the comments.

Filming During Early Pregnancy

Yami and Aditya had announced their pregnancy during the trailer launch of their film “Article 370.” Yami revealed that she filmed action sequences during the early months of her pregnancy and thanked her husband and team for their support. She said,

“It was challenging. It was mentally draining too. I could write a thesis on it. There are so many questions, the firsts are always challenging. I really don’t know what I would have done had Aditya not been there by my side, Lokesh bhayiyaa (Dhar) (brother-in-law), and everyone…”

She has appeared in several movies, including “Vicky Donor,” “Bala,” “Badlapur,” and “OMG 2.”

Yami Gautam’s Upcoming Projects

Yami Gautam has an exciting lineup of projects ahead. She will star in the action comedy film “Dhoom Dhaam,” directed by Rishab Seth, alongside Pratik Gandhi and Mukul Chadda. The movie is about a mismatched couple in an arranged marriage whose wedding night takes an unexpected turn, leading them on a wild adventure.
