Rani Mukerji has been quite strict about maintaining her daughter Adhira’s privacy. Rani and her spouse Aditya Chopra have been very particular about photographers not shooting Adhira’s photos. Their intention for doing this is to keep Adira’s life private.
The actress and cousin Kajol were sharing their opinion on a session of Koffee with Karan. It was the latest episode of the Season 8 show of Karan. Both actors revealed that they believed in keeping their kids’ lives private from the public eye.
Rani Mukerji said humorously that she would expose Karan and reveal his truth. Rani was sitting on the couch in the Koffee with Karan show. She was with Kajol, chatting and having fun.
She turned serious about her daughter. She said she didn’t want any photographer to click Adhira’s pictures ever since she gave birth to her. She fiercely protected her child from the early days.

Rani Mukerji said she was grateful to the media and camerapersons for respecting her views. They are aware of how strict Rani is regarding this.
Upon Adhira’s birth, she and Aditya decided not to make their daughter’s life public.
Aditya Chopra is the owner of Yash Raj Films. It is regarded as one of the largest and most esteemed film studios in Bollywood and India.
The couple didn’t want their daughter to feel that she was in any way more privileged or special. They wanted Adhira to feel just like other kids of her age while studying at the school. Usually, children of stars get extra attention and privileges. But Rani Mukerji didn’t want Adhira to be the same. She wanted her child to experience a normal childhood so she protected her.
Rani Mukerji has said that camerapersons are afraid of her when she requests them to avoid taking Adhira’s photos. She further revealed in Koffee with Karan that her husband Aditya didn’t like the paparazzi at all. Adhira is just seven, and her parents are strict about shielding her life from being exposed to the public.
Both the star parents have been very particular about their daughter’s privacy. They have not allowed anyone till now to click any paparazzi photo of Adhira. Rani has said in Karan Johar’s show that it is very easy to take photos of movie star’s kids. Anybody can click photos with a smartphone in the current times. She said that she has managed to prevent photographers from clicking pictures of her child.
In his talk show, Koffee with Karan, the host Karan Johar was astonished to discover that Aditya Chopra intentionally avoided being photographed when travelling by aeroplane. In fact, Aditya leads a simple life away from public glare.
