Google has selected 20 Indian startups for its accelerator program. The program, a three-month, equity-free accelerator for Seed to Series A tech startups in India, aims to support and foster their growth.
In March, Google initiated the application process for the seventh edition of the accelerator program, providing startups with the opportunity to participate. Google’s accelerator program aims to support startups across different sectors in India. The selected startups will benefit from Google’s expertise and resources during the three-month program. The accelerator program will offer Cloud, UX, Android, web, product strategy, and growth guidance.
The seventh edition of the accelerator program has attracted significant interest from Indian startups. It has already aided over 130 startups in India to accelerate their growth journeys. In this edition, Indian startups using or planning to use AI or ML were eligible to apply. Selected startups will receive mentorship and support in various areas from Google. The current batch was chosen from over 1050 applications received by the company.
