Critical Box Office Moment for Shah Rukh Khan and Prabhas

The fate of Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki and Prabhas’ Salaar holds immense significance in shaping the trajectory of these leading actors. Success at the box office is paramount for Shah Rukh Khan, aiming for a blockbuster hat-trick after the triumphs of Pathaan and Jawan, both declared all-time blockbusters.

Shah Rukh Khan’s Previous Triumphs:

  • Pathaan: Grossed Rs 543.09 crore in India.
  • Jawan: Achieved a lifetime run total of Rs 640.25 crore in India.

Conversely, Prabhas needs Salaar to perform well, especially considering his recent films’ lukewarm reception. Adipurush, with a budget of Rs 450 crore, fell short at the domestic box office, collecting Rs 288.15 crore net. Similarly, Radhe Shyam, starring Prabhas and Pooja Hegde, struggled, managing only Rs 104.38 crore in net domestic box office collections.

The box office success of Dunki and Salaar is pivotal for the continued success of these acclaimed actors.
